At Mystic Fells, every product and service is crafted with care and intention. I want you to feel confident when ordering, so here’s how refunds are handled:

Because my items are handmade and often used for personal or spiritual purposes, I can only offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refunds Are Offered If:

Your item arrives damaged or faulty.

The wrong item was sent by mistake.
To request a refund, please:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

I’ll respond within 2 working days and offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Refunds Are Not Offered If:

You change your mind.

You don’t like the scent, energy, or appearance (due to the natural variations in handmade items).

The parcel was returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
🔮 Spiritual Services (Tarot, Past Life Regression, Spell Work)
All services are non-refundable once the session has taken place or the work has begun.
You can request a refund or reschedule if:

You cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session.
No refunds are given for:

No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours).

Dissatisfaction with outcomes, as all services are for entertainment purposes only and results are not guaranteed.
⚠️ Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK), please contact me and I’ll help chase it up.

If the parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail or Evri, I will offer a replacement or refund.
