.Refund Policy
At Mystic Fells, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific refund conditions:
1. No Refunds on Used Products:
- We cannot offer refunds or returns for used products. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene and safety for all customers.
2. Refunds for Faulty or Broken Products:
- If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement.
- To process your refund, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at contact@mysticfells.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Refunds or replacements for faulty products include the cost of the product and initial shipping. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
